Day one - Arusha Coffee Lodge (Dinner)

You shall arrive at Kilimanjaro International Airport where you will be welcomed and met by a representative and chauffeured to The Arusha Coffee Lodge.
Your 1 night stay at The Arusha Coffee Lodge is on all inclusive (includes transfer, dinner, breakfast, standard drinks and packed lunch for Day 2).

Day Two - Tarangire Treetops (All Inclusive + Laundry)

After breakfast, your Land Rover Experience Chief Guide will give you full instruction regarding driving both on and off-road in Tanzania.
You will receive practical instruction as to your Discovery 4 SE and have some handson practical lessons before taking control of your vehicle and begin your selfdrive to Tarangire National Park.
After a two-hour drive you will arrive at the park gates and, following a short registration process, you will begin your first game drive in Tarangire National Park. Supported by your guide in the lead vehicle via two-way radio, you will experience Tarangire's exceptional wildlife and scenery. You will stop in the Park for a picnic lunch and a break. Continue your journey to Tarangire Treetops via Sunset Hill where you can enjoy the sunset whilst sipping your sundowner cocktails.
Your stay here is for 2 nights in a Tree House, and is on an all-inclusive basis (includes all meals, standard drinks, laundry service and game drives).

Zanzibar

Zanzibar Island, whose local name is Unguja, is one of two main islands that make up the semi-autonomous state of Zanzibar. It is a partner state in the United Republic of Tanzania, the largest country in the east coast of Africa.

Zanzibar is located in the Indian Ocean, about 35 km off the coast of mainland Tanzania, at Longitude 39 degrees East and Latitude 6 degrees south of the Equator. The highest point of the island is 150 meters above sea level.

The Island's capital, also known as Zanzibar, is one of the oldest cities in Africa and boasts of a World Heritage Site in its collection of some of Africa's most valuable ancient architecture. It was established and for centuries ruled by Omani Sultans who reigned supreme in the east coast of Africa before the Portuguese and later the British came calling.

Famed for centuries for its cloves markets, Zanzibar is still the pre-eminent spice market in eastern Africa.

Arusha

Arusha City is located in the north-eastern part of Tanzania and is said to be the halfway point between Cape Town and Cairo. It is surrounded by some of Africa's most famous landscapes and national parks (e.g. Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, Lake Manyara, Olduvai Gorge, Tarangire National Park, and Mount Kilimanjaro). The City is situated at the foot of Mount Meru (4,566 m or 14,980 ft). Elevation at the City level is 1,400m.

The climate in Arusha is therefore pleasantly cool year-round. During the meeting, we can expect average temperatures to range from 16°C to 24°C in the day and night, respectively. There will be little to no chance of rain.

The proximity of Arusha to world renowned tourist destinations and the nearby presence of Arusha National Park and Mount Meru make the City a popular tourist hub.

The City has a population of approximately 300,000 people and is also an important administrative centre for regional and continental activities. Arusha hosts the headquarters for the East African Community and the African Court on Human and Peoples Rights. Thus, there is both capacity and experience in Arusha to successfully host a meeting of our magnitude.
